What an amazing company. Beautiful doorknobs with an excellent shipping timing. I used it for an upcycled closet. Do you Guys have Instagram? 10/10, Would strongly recommend!

everything fine, shipping fine, communication excellent, thanks
Thank you Christelle for your feedback and 5 stars! 😊
everything fine, just the lid is sometimes too tight or to loose.
Thank you for your feedback Christelle, again!
I'm sorry that we could not satisfy perfectly your expectations.
You see, it's wood which already moves and reacts to temperature changes, therefore we can't guarantee the lids to be perfectly closing always as the wood bends and stretches from temperature. And especially knowing that shipping takes place in various tempratures throughout the journey it may deform by tiny amount so that the lids won't snap perfectly on all of them.
However next time if there'll be one, specify in order notes that you want lids to close equally or more tightly or more loosely and I'll take extra care for the boxes to be perfect fit.
Thank you for your very valid point and thanks for the valuable feedback, cheers.
same as on etsy, great.
Thank you so much for evaluating our products! It means a lot for us! 💚
Excellent product and service! The quantity was exactly as ordered, and all the wooden half-spheres were perfectly even, identical in size and nicely sanded. Everything was consistent and well-made. Fast delivery and smooth communication. Very happy with my purchase - thank you!
Thank you so much, Olga! It means a lot to hear the sizing and finish were spot on, that consistency is exactly what we aim for on every batch. Glad the delivery went smoothly too. Looking forward to your next order!
