- Grain will vary: patterns and markings are natural, not defects.
- Small natural features: minor knots or streaks may occur.
- Size tolerance: slight variation possible (typically ±0.5-1 mm).
- Unfinished: sanded and ready to finish; not painted, varnished, or sealed unless stated.
- Not a toy: unless the product page says otherwise; use with supervision for children.
- Storage: keep dry and indoors; wood reacts to humidity and temperature changes.

Most standard orders ship within 1–4 business days. Custom or modified items may take a little longer to prepare.

Free shipping is available in the Baltic countries for orders between €79 and €250.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return standard (non-custom) items using Return Form within 14 days of delivery.

- Custom-made or modified items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective
- Final sale items are non-returnable unless defective
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 14 days, using the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are normally covered by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll take care of the replacement or refund and cover the shipping.
